Hi, I’m Charles Kaltenberg, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients in Wisconsin and Minnesota through virtual therapy. With 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and emotionally focused therapy to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.
I believe that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey toward clarity, balance, and well-being.
I have experience supporting individuals and couples through challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family conflict, and life transitions. I also have experience in working with the areas of LGBTQIA+ and gender identity exploration, as well as diverse sexualities, open relationships, and kinks. I provide compassionate guidance for grief, infidelity, self-esteem, and mood disorders.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, enjoying nature, and being physically active.
